SCHOOLS/COLLEGES PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
The Schools / College are at liberty to request students to take certain intensive courses organized by the University so as to enhance their skills, knowledge and competences, depending on the program they registered for.
School of Engineering
Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering: A pass in any two science subjects at the G.C.E Advanced Level or BACC. However, admitted Students without a pass in Physics or

Admission Procedure
A pass Applicants should visit CUIB website www.cuib-cameroon.net/apply. Complete the Online Application Form accordingly. Review the completed online application Form.
Transfer Students
The Catholic University Institute of Buea (CUIB) welcomes applications from students who have attended or are currently attending other accredited Universities or Institutions

Registration of Sudents
Registration is first done at the level of the Office of Admission and Enrollment Management which examines the students’ academic records. Then the admitted students have to comply with the requirement of the Finance Office and are equally registered at the level of the Office of Exams and Records. Thereafter, the admitted student goes to their School/College for Course Registration..
LATE REGISTRATION
Any student who comes to register after Admission has been closed shall first pay the sum of 5000F CFA into the University Bank Account before the application for late registration can be considered..
Excess Fee Payment Refund
In case of excess fee paid by Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and CBT Level 1, the students will not be entitled to any refund, thus the excess fee will be credited to the student’s account for the next academic year
Withdrawal from CUIB
Refund of fee paid shall be done only within a month from official start of Lectures at CUIB. The student shall receive 60% of fee paid as refund for that academic year.
CHANGE OF SCHOOL/PROGRAM AND ADDING AND DROPPING OF COURSES
