2018 HULT PRIZE AWARD

Four SIT students (Fon Ndikum Josue, Ngoussong Fonda Arthur, Silidje Moket Brice, Mba Sob Gildas) qualified for the Regional finals of the Hult Prize award that took place in Nigeria, an international competition aimed at solving the world’s most pressing challenges. The ABC team submitted an app aimed at enhancing the efficiency of learning our native languages.

2018 GOOGLE SUMMER OF CODE (GSOC)

SIT student Leslie Etube Tabe is one of 38 students across Africa selected as a 2018 GSoC ( Google Summer of Code) student, under VideoLan OpenSource Project. His contribution focuses on the VLC Qt interface redesign. He competed against 5,199 students from 101 countries.
